These are just beautiful, Cathy. You are very talented. (I was always hopeless at sewing.) Xx 💐💕

Thank you Ellie. The trick is not to give up. My first sewing project was a skirt that wasn’t even wearable so it went into the trash. I didn’t give up and taught myself with the instructions on the paper patterns. No internet or youtube teachers back then. Take your time and use fabric found in the thrift shops so the price of learning isn’t too expensive. Thanks for dropping by ☺🙏

That’s really good advice, Cathy – thank you. I don’t think I’d have the patience to sew anymore. I have so much writing to catch up on for my course. I have an elderly friend, who now lives a long way from me, who loves doing patchwork. She makes some beautiful things out of it, too. Xx 😊💕

Wow, it’s like you can ZenDoodle with fabric. I love Cathy’s Coat of Many Colours, and the black and white and red one, would be so much fun decorating a room around that! They’re all inspired.

Beautiful quilts. You have been busy. Do you follow agilejack? She is always sharing about her quilts. I hope to try sewing quilts someday. I love the sunshine one. Lots of love ❤️

Thank you Hanna. I will have to look up agilejack for the quilts as I find all are so inspiring. I hope you try one or two quilts one day. The more you do, the more it becomes a good habit. I love that one too, it is a warm quilt coat and i get tons of comments when i actually wear it out in public! Thanks for dropping by 🙂 🙏
