A day to remember those who gave so much that we may now live with choice and peace of mind that tomorrow we will not be hunted for these choices. A lifetime of thanks isn’t much nor is it enough, for so many it was their whole life was sacrificed. I will not forget these sacrifices made long before i was born, it is the least that i can do.

The sacrifice was (and still is) terrible. This day is a reminder of the horrors of war, and what humans are capable of doing to each other.

Humans are always capable of horrible acts, it is just in war it is amplified with many doing such horrible deeds all at once. there will always be the sacrifice of those who are noble to keep the seeds of fairness and hope alive. And I honor the noble amongst us for their care, bravery and life long sacrifice in upholding of the decency that we can be. ☺🙏
