the skies are beginning to clear though the smoke is still very strong. it tastes horrible and sticks to everything. venturing outside can only be for short excursions. the blue of the sky popped through yesterday and that was lovely.
the two pictures below are both from Sept this year and are both looking in the same direction as this mornings photo. such a difference.





our changing days have been taking their toll. shorter tempers with the shortening of the days or so it seems here in my little nook. our safety and our life styles rely on others, always has. i was saying to a friend the other day that our perspectives are on what we have seen, what we have heard and how we are accepted or not in our little nooks, now multiple it times seven billion (7,000,000,000) and you get a planet full of folks each with notes on how this should all work. so, when we see these other folks, look them in the eye, give a nod, a wave hello or even a hello and smile. it is simple and it is free, we all need each other
